Outsourcing

We have much experience in the development of plastic parts along with our clients, being it in Rotational Molding or in the Extrusion of PVC Pipes.

 

Get to know the step-by-step of how our outsourcing process works:

1) The client comes to us with a demand of a plastic part to aggregate to another product or not;

2) Our engineering team evaluates what the client needs and then calculates the viability of the project taking into account some specific aspects such as: estimated demand, dimensional and structural characteristics, costs and time frame;

3) Then we try to make a deal with the client taking into account the pertinent aspects mentioned above;

4) A 3D drawing is developed and submitted to the client for approval;

5) After the client’s approval we initiate the process of manufacturing of the part’s Matrix that can be a mold if it is a Rotomolded part or Extrusion Matrix if it is a PVC Pipe;

6) When the matrix is finished, we produce the first prototype and submit it to the client’s approval;

7) If there’s need for adjustments, they are done;

8) The production of the final plastic product begins.

 

The step-by-step described above represents the complete process of a product development for scratch. However, sometimes the client already has the products project done and even the mold. In this case the process is abbreviated and it is necessary only to adjust the costs with the client and the process goes on starting on step 6.
