The Extrusion of PVC Pipes is a technology that works through the heating of a matrix or head in many stages. The Extruder is fed with PVC compound in the form of dust. This compound is melted and pushed forward by the screw threads until the end of the matrix that molds the pipe in its diameter and thickness. After the compound comes out of the matrix, it goes into a vacuum reservoir that cools and hardens it, then we have our finished pipe. The last step of the process is to cut the pipe in a specified length and this is done with the help of sensors and a saw in the end of the extrusion line.
The pipes can be fabricated in different colors, just like Rotomolding.
Poliforma is specialized in the manufacturing of big diameters. Our machinery has the capacity to extrude PVC Pipes of diameters that goes from 100mm to 550mm. However, the highest diameter we work with today is 400mm. Our processes run through an accurate Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 certificated and we are constantly seeking improvements and investing in advanced tools and technologies so we can be recognized as one of the most important PVC Pipes Brazilian companies there is.
Differently than the traditional PVC Pipes manufacturers that focus in lines of pipes destined to sanitation or construction, our focus lies in sectors like Agricultural machinery and we propose to work with clients that have specific needs of a customized pipe, being of different colors, lengths or even diameters and thicknesses that can’t be find. |
Today our main clients are Agricultural machinery industries. We supply customized pipes according to the client's specifications.
PVC Pipes don’t rust and are lighter when compared to other similar made of steel.
We also attend other markets like Construction, Sanitation, Textile, Industries etc.
