Rotomolding

Rotomolding is a technology to transform plastic and it works through heating a mold inside an oven. As the mold rotates and heats, plastic in form of dust inside of it melts and molds according to the geometry of the mold.

After the heating, the mold goes through a cooling process, this makes the plastic part inside the mold to harden. Then the part can finally be unmolded and finished.

A Rotomolded part has numerous advantages when compared with an equivalent part made of steel, for example, such as:

3 - Accurate finishing, without seams, welds, burrs etc;

4 - All the flexibility that comes from the plastic, which makes the part resistant to impacts;
